The first impression is crucial. Formulate precise sentences about your motivation and why you are the right person for the position. In addition, it is best to summarize the skills and experience you have already gained in relation to the requirements described in the job advertisement, using concrete examples from your previous career. This should not just be a reproduction of your CV, but rather reflect your motivation and personality. In addition to content, formal aspects are also important, as well as correct spelling, proper formatting and specifying the correct contact person. Your cover letter should not be longer than two pages.
The CV is an overview of your professional career as well as your school and academic education. At the beginning you should state your personal information in the CV. This includes your full name, your date of birth, your address and your contact information (telephone number and e-mail address). You should describe your most important academic and professional stations to date and give us an overview of your professional or practical experiences. You are welcome to list your specific tasks in keywords for the individual activities. It is important that the structure is clear and structured, that your most important experiences are in chronological order, starting with the most recent job, and that your CV is ideally no longer than two DIN A4 pages.
Attachments to your application should include references from the most important stages in your CV. Your highest educational qualification should not be missing under any circumstances. Relevant certificates are high school diplomas, university certificates and work/internship certificates. Evidence of internships and part-time jobs that are thematically related to the desired position are important to us. Have you attended courses relevant to the application? These could be language or IT courses, for example. Then add the certificates in the attachments.
