Environment (E)
- Energy efficiency: Use of renewable energies and energy-efficient devices.
⇨ Purchase of green electricity at the office location in Essen, climate neutrality through purchase of certificates. - Working paperless: Promoting digital documentation to reduce paper consumption.
⇨ INSIRE itself used fewer printer cartridges in 2024, and customers and business partners are encouraged to submit invoices etc. digitally. - Minimize travel: Promoting remote work to reduce CO2 emissions from business travel.
- Green IT: Use of energy-efficient computers and servers.
⇨ Employees receive laptops and accessories at the highest level of energy efficiency classes.

Social (S)

Social projects
Mutige Kinder e. V.
The BRAVE CHILDREN charity bike tour was a complete success! This impressive campaign raised a total of 100.000 euros in donations, which will now benefit children in need. We are proud to be able to contribute to this great success.
The bike tour began with the aim of collecting as many donations as possible and ended on May 18, 2024 after 600 km at the closing event in Haffkrug. There, the event was ceremoniously rounded off with the "HAFFleev Charity Festival" (from May 18 to 21, 2024). The participants not only had the opportunity to master a sporting challenge, but also to actively support an important cause.
We actively supported BRAVE CHILDREN on their first charity bike tour and donated a contribution to the organization for each registration for our virtual kick-off event in order to also help children in Ukraine. In addition, the first 100 participants received a special welcome gift.
