Onboarding – Welcome to the INSIRE Consulting team, Goran!

Goran Kovacic will strengthen our team in the area of ​​SAP SAC and Group Reporting at the Essen location. With his experience as a specialist consultant for financial software in the municipal sector, as well as an apprenticeship as an application developer and a master's degree in economics, he will actively support us.

In the first few months he will be looked after by his guide Nicolas, who will take care of the onboarding.

Onboarding refers to the acceptance of new employees by a company and, above all, all measures that promote the incorporation and integration of the new employee.

At INSIRE Consulting GmbH, new employees are not left alone, but are given an individual guide who can be understood as a mentor. He makes sure that all work materials are available on the first day, works out an induction plan and is the contact person for all internal and customer-related questions of the new employee. Fixed feedback meetings facilitate communication.

The advantages are felt not only for the new joiner but also for us. Employees feel valued and welcomed, initial insecurities are reduced, employees are happier with their new job and employees deliver better, more motivated performance.

A well-executed onboarding and the associated feeling of "being welcome" is a motivating memory for the employee over a very long period of time. The successful onboarding process motivates the new joiners in such a way that they approach new challenges self-confidently and proactively, gain confidence in dealing with colleagues and customers and can devote themselves to the technical aspects of the work with confidence.
