Goran Kovacic will strengthen our team in the area of SAP SAC and Group Reporting at the Essen location. With his experience as a specialist consultant for financial software in the municipal sector, as well as an apprenticeship as an application developer and a master's degree in economics, he will actively support us.
In the first few months he will be looked after by his guide Nicolas, who will take care of the onboarding.
Onboarding refers to the acceptance of new employees by a company and, above all, all measures that promote the incorporation and integration of the new employee.
At INSIRE Consulting GmbH, new employees are not left alone, but are given an individual guide who can be understood as a mentor. He makes sure that all work materials are available on the first day, works out an induction plan and is the contact person for all internal and customer-related questions of the new employee. Fixed feedback meetings facilitate communication.
